The scammers are well known by the regulators and the police.  They are:

Gary Sorenson: Merendon (Canada) and Merendon (Honduras) Owner and President.  Money all flows to Sorenson. Lives in luxury in Honduras.  Brother Ken works with him. 

Milowe Brost - aka Milo Brost, aka M.B. Gonne.  IFFL CEO & President, & former Director.  Convicted mastermind behind a previous $36.5 million investor fraud (Strategic Metals) discussed below.  He admitted he had "set the wheels in motion in what amounted to a fraud on investors" (his own words).  Fined $650,000 for his part in this alleged fraud, the largest fine in ASC history.  Currently under criminal investigation for fraud and grand theft.

Casey Brost (Belize), Brad Brost (Calgary) - Milo's sons

Bradley Regier, Dennis Morice , Heinz Weis, Carol Weeks, Dwayne Martyn - all have been involved in both Arbour Energy and Strategic Metals scams. 

Carol Weeks - convicted co-conspirator in the Capital Alternatives investor fraud, fined $200,000 and banned for 20 years from further fundraising.

Martin Werner & Edward Werner: Lawyers who operate from Panama or elsewhere with the scam.
